Seeking Enlightened Developers
This job posting cracked me up. Too bad I don't know a damn thing about Ruby on Rails. It makes me feel like a rusted pipe nowadays.
Desired skills: CSS design skills and failiarity with AJAX integration in Rails is a plus. Extra points if you're vegetarian/vegan and know who Ken Wilber is or what 'integral' means ;)

I hear ya... That's one of the toughest things about the industry. You have to really hustle to just stay in place on the learning curve, let alone get ahead. It's great when you live the stuff, but it's a bit tougher when your interests diversify and you're also trying to cram a half dozen other subjects into your head.
BTW, welcome back!!! I hope you had a great trip. The pics are great. I'll have to drop you an email and fill you in on all my stuff. In short, I'm headed back to work for The Man. If all goes as planned, I'll be in BTH 7 (and going to grad school).
